Set up custom domain
With CodePanda Explorer and Creator plans, you can connect your own domains or set up custom .codepanda.net
domains for your projects. Follow these steps to add and manage your custom domain:
- Click the Publish button in the toolbar.
- In the dropdown menu, click Use Your Own Domain.
- Enter your subdomain and click Add Domain. (Note: Only subdomains are allowed.)
- Go to your domain registrar and add a CNAME record pointing to
dns.codepanda.net
.
Need help adding a CNAME record? Refer to the following guides based on your registrar:
After adding the CNAME record, click Publish Now to complete the setup process.
- If successful, your project will be linked to the custom domain.
- If validation fails:
- Go to your domain registrar and check the CNAME record again.
- If the configuration is correct, wait up to 48 hours and try validating again.
- If the issue persists, contact CodePanda Support at [email protected].
Set up .codepanda.net
domain
You can set up custom .codepanda.net
domains for your projects. Follow these steps to add and manage a CodePanda domain:
- Click the Publish button in the navigation bar.
- In the dropdown menu, click Use .codepanda.net option.
- Enter a name for your subdomain (2-5 words) and click OK.
- Click Publish Now to make your site live at this domain.
Your site will be instantly accessible at your chosen .codepanda.net
subdomain. Note that after publishing, you cannot edit this domain name.
You can also add a custom domain alongside your .codepanda.net
domain by clicking the Add Custom Domain button in the publish dropdown menu.
